We have the opportunity to work with many different communities on various projects for many different builders, including production building. This site has been one of the best run, the most organized, and the most efficient projects we have been involved with.

LandSouth’s superintendents have been extremely responsive to any concerns raised by WMC&T during the construction process and corrected deficiencies pointed out by us in a timely and correct manner. In our opinion these projects are a prime example of how to construct wood framed apartment buildings utilizing a team effort between the developer, architect, contractor and WMC&T as the consultant.
As an architectural firm, it is a pleasure to work with a group that seems to always be one step ahead of the game. On a typical, conventionally financed project, there needs to be a definite amount of scheduling and oversight due to the nature of the HUD 221(d)(4) processes; you and your team have exceeded our expectations, which has repeatedly been reinforced by the HUD inspector, as well.
LandSouth proved time after time their construction teams, from project management to field superintendents and quality control personnel, were knowledgeable, professional and were extremely proactive towards resolving any challenges that presented themselves throughout the course of construction.
