Joseph Passkiewicz
Vice President -
Operations
Joseph Passkiewicz is the Vice President of Operations at
LandSouth Construction. In his role, he is responsible for developing and
executing management programs regarding construction operations, field
technology, safety, estimating, and quality assurance. Passkiewicz also
directs the implementation of pre-construction activities, contracting,
corporate policy and procedures, and technical troubleshooting assistance in
addition to developing new field and project management manuals. Passkiewicz has more than 30 years experience in the
construction industry and has built more than 5,000 multi-family, senior
housing and hotel units with a total construction value in excess of $300
million. He has worked throughout the Southeast and Midwest with companies
such as Perry-McCall Construction, Inc., Compass Group, Summit Contractors,
and The Lockwood Companies. Passkiewicz is an expert in the development of senior living
projects, where he has more than 19 years experience managing and
constructing assisted living and independent senior living facilities. He has
been responsible for more than 1,200 units totaling more than $61 million
throughout the United States, including those in Michigan, Florida, Georgia and
Tennessee. Passkiewicz received his Bachelor's degree in Construction
Engineering Technology from Lawrence Technological University. He is a
licensed State of Florida General Contractor and State of Michigan Licensed
Builder as well as a certified U.S.
Green Building Council LEEDŽ Accredited Professional. He has served as
an internship director at the University of North Florida and as a member of
the Housing Credit Group with the National Association of Homebuilders. |
