WHAT: Integra Land Company, in conjunction with LandSouth Construction, will celebrate the grand opening of the first luxury apartment building and community clubhouse at Integra Woods located in Palm Coast near the corner of
U.S. Highway 1 and Seminole Woods Boulevard at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 14.
The event is open to the public and will include refreshments, light hors d’oeuvres and information about the new luxury apartment community. Tours of the community and clubhouse will be offered during the event.

DETAILS: Guests can tour the community’s clubhouse, which features a state- of-the-art resident lounge with a 50-inch plasma TV, billiards and entertainment room, modern fitness center, tanning studio, heated pool with lap lane, grilling plaza for cookouts, an outdoor fireplace and Internet café.
Integra Woods features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 822 square feet to 1,292 square feet of living space. Each apartment home includes crown moulding, ceramic tile, 42-inch custom cabinets, a designer black appliance package, washer and dryer, built-in computer niche, French doors and a garden tub in the master bathroom.
